Session 2) From 12 noon – 12.45 Family Friendly Yoga – relaxing hatha inspired class suitable for all ages. Yoga sessions are hosted by Bikram Yoga Cork, with a mixture of classes for adults only and for all the family. Yoga@Fota takes place outdoors near the South American Habitat (weather permitting, alternative indoor location in Fota will be arranged if required on the day).
